1. This website, including its online orders system, is entirely owned by QMB \u2013 Vinhos, Lda, based in Quinta do Monte Bravo, 5130-130 Ervedosa do Douro \u2013 S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o da Pesqueira, holder of NIF 515877905 and registered at the Commercial Registry Office of S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o da Pesqueira, which is dedicated to the production and sale of wines.<\/p>

2. The order of any product on the website of QMB \u2013 Vinhos, Lda (Quinta do Monte Bravo) implies acceptance of these Sales Conditions. To make orders on the Quinta do Monte Bravo website you must complete a unique customer registration with valid data.<\/p>

3. Any and all alcoholic beverages available for order on Quinta do Monte Bravo\u2019s website can only be purchased by people who are of legal age in their country of residence. If in doubt please contact us.<\/p>

4. Quinta do Monte Bravo reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at any time, the information and commercial offer presented on: products, prices, commercial conditions and services. The images illustrating each product may differ from the product subsequently delivered.<\/p>

5. The products presented and available for online order on the Quinta do Monte Bravo's website generally contain sulphites.<\/p>

6. Under Portuguese law, all prices are presented in euros (\u20ac) and include the respective VAT rates in force.<\/p>

7. If an order cannot be satisfied in part or in full, the customer will be immediately contacted by Quinta do Monte Bravo in order to find the most appropriate solution. Orders will only be processed after effective receipt of payment.<\/p>

8. To the prices shown is added the value of shipping for each order, which has a cost of 10\u20ac. Delivery is free in mainland Portugal if the order is over 70\u20ac. The shipping cost is indicated at checkout (finalizing the order).<\/p>

9. All orders placed on Quinta do Monte Bravo website must be paid for within a maximum of five days. After this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled.<\/p>

10. Quinta do Monte Bravo makes every effort to ensure delivery of orders within a maximum of 3 working days after confirmation of payment. All products sent by Quinta do Monte Bravo should be checked upon delivery. If you notice that your order is damaged, you should immediately return it to the transport company, duly justify the reason for return on the delivery note and immediately notify Quinta do Monte Bravo. As a rule, the carrier responsible for delivering orders placed in our online system is Torrestir.<\/p>

11. Quinta do Monte Bravo recognises to all its customers the right to resolve contracts with it, allowing them to return within 14 days the products purchased under the terms of Decree-Law No. 24\/2014 of 14 February and Decree-Law 82\/2008 of 20 May, and should contact Quinta do Monte Bravo for that purpose. It will only be accepted the return of products without signs of misuse, complete with all its components and original packaging in perfect condition.<\/p>

12. All orders made on the Quinta do Monte Bravo website are subject to Portuguese law. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of these Sales Conditions will be submitted to the competent Portuguese court.<\/p>

13. Under the terms and for the purposes of the provisions of art. 18 of Law no. 144\/2015, of 8 September, we inform you that the available ADR entity is CNIACC \u2013 Centro Nacional de Informa\u00e7\u00e3o e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (National Centre for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts), with the following contact details:
